Professional and relaxed

David Brown cars don't pressurize you in any way, just let you take your time to view the car and take it for a test drive if you like it. The whole experience with Robert was easy-going and professional. We would happily use them again.

Excellent customer service

Absolutely fantastic service. David & Robert were so friendly and made the whole process of buying a car so simple with no pressure at all. Have recommended them to friends and family already and can’t imagine buying any future cars from anyone except these guys! I cannot rate them highly enough. Good old-fashioned customer service, unlike these big car warehouses and their awful demands on warranty purchases, booking appointments, etc. There wasn’t any of that at all … just great guys who really cared and looked after their customers.

Fantastic service from Robert from initial enquiry to driving away with my new car. Really relaxed, no pressure, car was better than described, all servicing and MOT brought up to date prior to purchasing. He sorted out finance (decent rate), warranty and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. I was kept updated on all stages of the sale. 10/10.

Easy to deal with

Friendly and helpful. Gave us a fair price as part exchange for the old car. Had the new car clean and ready for us to pick up. No complications when dealing with them. Very happy with our new car.

Excellent Service

I don't think I have met a more helpful car dealer. David gave me time to look around the car at my leisure and was very patient whilst i tried to sort out my insurance, which I had forgotten to take with me. Excellent service.
